Realtime — the boardroom view
A live world map with pulsing dots for every visitor, caller, demo watcher and form filler on the planet right now, city-level, with an event ticker. TV mode for the office wall. The statistics tab auto-compares every number to the previous hour, day, week, month, quarter and year — plus the "while you slept" recap.
Chat
Watch who is chatting live right now, see today's sessions with outcomes (lead, demo, quote, ticket), and even which pages make people open the widget without typing. The settings tab configures the widget itself: embed code, mic, book-a-demo button, theme and languages.
Phone — the whole phone world
The register shows every single RING: answered by AI, forwarded (did they pick up? in how many seconds?), voicemail, off-hours, and the hang-ups you would never have known about — each with a CALL BACK button.
Configure operators with extensions, groups, languages and schedules; business hours with honest holiday closures (the AI itself never closes); IVR menus with per-branch scripts; and hold & transfer with the announce-&-accept gate that makes voicemail leaks and robocall forwards impossible. Your operators use *1 to hold and *2 to transfer — on ordinary mobile phones.
Web Forms & Intake

The AI books demos AND gives them: scripted voice demos with barge-in Q&A and synchronized page and media switching, customized per customer. You approve access with one click; links expire in 7 days; templates are built in a Shopify-editor-style builder with dictation, AI review and full preview.
Quotes
The AI builds the quote from your structured catalog. Nothing reaches a customer before your YES — authorize by one-click token link (YES / REVISE / NO) or flip AUTO-APPROVE with a value cap. Shopify draft order, follow-up sequence until PAID or EXPIRED.
Booking
The AI books into your free calendar slots (Google / Microsoft 365, two-way). The invite carries the conversation summary; a no-show gets one polite re-book.
